	This delightful, five bedroomed, French holiday accommodation is situated within a stones throw of Nice, Cannes, St Tropez and the French Riviera. The property itself is situated in a quiet side road, at the edge of the village of Le Luc en Provence, with views of agricultural land to both sides of the property, and hills to the rear. This holiday accommodation is fully furnished to a high standard, situated in it's own grounds, consisting of two spacious sitting rooms, five bedrooms, one kitchen, two large bathrooms and two separate w.c's. The Villa also benefits from a 100 m2 covered terrace to the rear and a large balcony with views of the 2000 sq.m. of mature garden to the front. A 'cot' and baby chair are available on request.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with a full size fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The beautiful, private swimming pool area is to the rear of the property. In addition to the covered terrace, the Villas trees provide just the right amount of shade for sitting out for lunch. There are secure gates and parking space for several cars. Fencing and hedging help screen the property, and make it secure for children. French TV is available. Also included is a digital radio and a DVD player. Some prefer a quieter hoilday, so on request these can be removed. The swimming pool and the main grounds of the villa are not overlooked or shared, and are for holidaymakers exclusive use. Neighbours looks after the villa during the rental period, and are available during your holiday if required.
	There are tennis courts across the road and lovely walks in the hills behind. St Tropez is 33kms away, and the 'A8' autoroute is 10 mins from the house, giving access to the whole of the Cote d'Azur. The beautiful town of Aix-en-Provence is a 50 mins drive, and both Nice & Marseilles Marignane airports can be reached in 55 mins drive. If you are looking for peace and quiet, a relaxing day at the swimming pool, a visit to a local vineyard or a trip to Monaco, then this is the perfect base! Le Luc village is 10 mins walk, and has all the usual 'Provencal' attractions, including a restaurant for every palate, at very reasonable prices.
